Lucy Johnson Ekpenyong is a multiple award-winning State Manager at the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN), with a demonstrated history of working across SME development, digital transformation, project management, and cluster and cooperative development. She holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and is a Certified Business Development Service Provider and Private Sector Development Specialist.
She is the Founder of the House of Diamond Community Initiative, a youth capacity development organization that has worked since 2009 to equip teens and young girls with life-long, practical skills to become productive global citizens — bringing entrepreneurship education into secondary schools and building a community of skilled, economically active young people and women.
Her portfolio spans work with UNIDO, EU-IOM's Migrant Protection and Reintegration training programs, and enterprise and innovation initiatives at institutions including the University of Port Harcourt.
